A little bit about myself. I’m Dan Locks, a photographer living in Squamish, British Columbia, Canada.
My passion for photography started from the need for high-quality photos for my previous business - owning a bicycle shop. I saw the opportunity to elevate my social media presence and website with high-quality organic product photography, which was a great success for my business. It quickly became more than just a business tool, and I fell in love with freezing time, portraying stories, and capturing the energy and body language of riders, which has made me able to make my work my passion.
If I'm not behind the lens, you'll find me outdoors on two wheels, enjoying mountain biking on some of British Columbia's best trails. This has given me the urge to explore more and plan incredible adventures to continue inspiring my work.
